The Buskro Atom printing system combines all the neccessary components in a complete printing system (print head, controller and ink unit) and in one case. The data you plan to procss is simply entered via PC or notebook (using the known Compose software). This all in one system can be shipped in 25 mm (1“ and 256 dpi) or a 65 mm (2,55“ and 200 / 300 or 400dpi).

The Buskro inkjet systems of the 25xx and 51xx series convince through their high prodiction speed and a versatile application.Their modular construction of singular print bars (each 100dpi) can reach a vertical (fix) resolution of 100,200,300 or 400 dpi – allowing an adjustment to the given requirements. The user is as well able to choose a print direction from 110,220,330,440 up to 660dpi. The print heads of the 25xx (65mm / 2,55“), as well as of the 51xx (130mm / 5,1“) series can be delivered for UV / solvent / and alcohol based ink. Depending on the requirements, the used can choose between 3 controllers (BK705/ BK1710 and BK1720).

The unique wax inkject printing system offers for special prinnt requirements an exceptional solution. The immediate drying of the liquid wax enable a print on and in critical products such as magazines (inner pages). Most of the time, an additional dryer is not needed for this ink technology. Also here we can provide 3 different controllers.

The three inkjet controller (BK705/1710/1720) differ mainly in their size and possible extensions. Depending on the desired equipment and number of print heads we choose the optimal controller. This allows a future proof configuration of the system. As each controler comes with the special software „Compose“, operating is made secure and comfortable for all your print jobs and processing variable data. Furthermore, this software delivers, similiar to other systems, a large nummber of extensions (pdf print, Read&Print, tracking, OCR, / camera controlling, QR codes.
