In order to extend to degree of automidaation in our production and reach a higher level of optimization, the Main-SortierService GmbH iinvested in a MCS Eagle high speed line from profi-tec. Envelopes and post cards in various combinations and structures (A6 – C3) can be personalized in a high speed of up to a realistic 34000 pieces an hour. Furthermore, the UV inkjet system allows a full-page print with text and graphics (for instance on postcards) and on almost any kind of surface.

Recently we invested in modern inkjet technology. The new Eagle system from profi-tec provides us with new possibilities for a high quality print of variable data though inkjet. By printing our substrates with this inkjet technology, we even get very close to the quality of a laser print. (PDF report)
